Home Sweden Introduction

Sweden has not yet implemented the InfoSoc directive. A government proposal is scheduled to be delivered to the Parliament in September or October 2004. An amended Copyright Act including provisions on technological measures will probably come in to force in January 2005. This information will be updated when the proposal is delivered.
