Luxembourg has implemented the Copyright Directive on April 18, 2004 by amending the Copyright Act. A new Part 7bis of the Act deals with the protection of technological measures and of rights-management information. Neither effective technological measure may be circumvented nor devices or services that ease circumvention of such technological measures may be provided.
