I wonder whether in any other european country an equivalent of the German UrhG art. 70 exists?
It is about "wissenschaftliche Ausgaben" of, for instance, critical text editions of old (classical) texts? In Germany they have an explicit protection of 25 years (instead of the normal 70 years).
I not even found it in the Austrian law.
Any ideas??? |
