After a consult with Alexander Peukert, the specialist from Germany we have changed the german FAQ a bit;
"Eine kopierte MP3-Datei darf nicht ins Internet gestellt werden, auch
wenn dies kostenlos (file-sharing) geschieht."
is changed to
"Eine kopierte Musik- oder Videodatei darf nicht ins Internet gestellt
werden, auch wenn dies kostenlos (file-sharing) geschieht."
