Ja, Sicherungskopien von Computerprogrammen sind erlaubt, wenn dies für die Sicherung der künftigen Benutzung erforderlich ist.
Allerdings soll dies nach einem Gerichtsurteil nicht gelten, wenn das Spiel oder das Programm auf CD-ROM geliefert wird.
